I can't reproduce it in a fresh map, I can move several brushes just fine, and I can drag them off-screen, scrolling the view. Is this something specific to these items in that exact map? |

:) With regards to the scrolling issue, this is working fine for me. Can you check the preferences and see what the first two settings in the Orthoview section are set to? It's "Maximum Chase Mouse Speed" and "View chases Mouse Cursor during Drags". |
