Summary 0003398: Skybox corrupted. Cubemaps not working?

Description I noticed that the sky in A Score to Settle looked odd, with blocky white areas. In DR, the texture "sqsky" showed up as "shader not found". Yet the shader and images do exist in TDM2.0:

    forceOpaque

Could there be a problem with rendering cubemaps?
