Summary | 0005305: AF Editor: shafts not shown for currently selected joint | ||
---|---|---|---|
Revision | 20.07.2020 10:56 by Dragofer | ||
Description | When setting up a universal joint between 2 bodies, the 2 shafts of the joint must be oriented to face towards the respective bodies. However, the only way to see shafts is by making all constraints visible, since they're not shown when selecting a single constraint. Ideally, when a constraint is selected, seeing the following items would make it much, much easier: - body 1 (red shape) - body 2 (red shape) - the constraint (shafts 1, 2 and what I think is the normal between them? cyan, blue and green lines) - maybe also the limit (purple cone) |

It'd be much easier to see the shafts if it were possible to show just one pair at a time. | ||

Description | When setting up a universal joint between 2 bodies, the 2 shafts of the joint must be oriented to face towards the respective bodies. However, the shafts are only shown if the setting to show all constraints is enabled - otherwise they're not shown for the currently selected joint. It'd be much easier to see the shafts if it were possible to show just one set at a time. |
