Summary0000060: Cancel of operation with ESC before committing?
DescriptionOne nice thing in Blender is that an action that has a definite start and end (for example, a drag - you enter drag mode, mouse down, drag, then mouse up) can be cancelled/undone by hitting ESC before the last step.

DR seems to already do this for resizing of brushes. It doesn't seem to do it for brush moves - those, it just deselects.

Good point, a lot of applications miss this important feature and require the use of Undo to get rid of unwanted changes.

I will look into this task and will report what I find. :)

Transformation operations can now be cancelled by pressing ESC.

The binding to the ESC is hardcoded at the moment, I don't know if it's worth to have this customisable.
