Summary0002337: Add a falloff to the dynamic ambient light
DescriptionThe dynamic ambient light is currently only one value per room, computed from all lights in the room, their radius and brightness.

However, if you have a big room, the distance to the lights plays actuallya role, too. So it should be taken into consideration.

Implemented falloff=0.5 (root of distance), =1 (linear distane) and 2 (square of distance). Added spawnargs to change it and set sensible defaults. Documented it with an info graphic and also on the wiki.
