Summary0003073: Crash to main menu when switching to a camera
DescriptionWhen handing control to a camera entity, TDM crashes back to the main menu with this line on the console:

ERROR: idRenderWorld::UpdateEntityDef: index = -1

This occurs in the latest SVN rev 12752. Both TheDarkMod.exe and tdm_game01.pk4 in that rev are dated 3/25.

I'll attach a test map shortly.

Under linux, the debug build crashes before ever reaching the main menu, so I am unable to debug this.

Sorry - Fixed in r5401.

lg was failing to update if the player was hidden.
