Changeset Fix wxWidgets assertion on startup in GTK/Linux

According to

https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/issues/15932

the use of wxAuiNotebook::FindPage() is not reliable. All calls to this
method have been replaced by GetPageIndex() which seems to work
correctly.
