Summary | 0001982: tdmlauncher launches vanilla D3 when used with Steam
Description | When the Steam version of Doom 3 is used, Steam seems to cause doom3.exe's command-line arguments to be ignored, so running tdmlauncher will cause vanilla Doom 3 to launch instead of TDM.
Additional Information | See this thread: http://modetwo.net/darkmod/index.php?/topic/9968-how-to-run-tdm-with-steam/page__gopid__197321&#entry197321 Apparently, the workaround is to run: steam.exe -applaunch 9050 +set fs_game_base darkmod Instead of: doom3.exe +set fs_game_base darkmod (Using the appropriate path to steam.exe, of course.) tdmlauncher could check the current directory to detect whether Steam is being used. If so, it could then make the above change to the command line that it runs.
