Summary | 0002418: Riding horse underwater or back out bypasses water transitions
Description | You can ride a horse into deep water and it will be as if you're still in the air, no breath meter, no overlay, etc. As soon as you dismount, you get back into "water mode." This works the other way: If you are swimming and mount a horse underwater, you stay in underwater mode even when you ride back out to dry land, until you dismount.
