Summary0002900: Carried torches go out at map start
DescriptionWhen testing Builders' Influence with the 1.07 release candidate, I noticed that a guard carrying a torch had his torch go out at map start.
Steps To ReproduceStart BI with 1.07 and wait for the patrolling guard to come into view. He will have dropped his doused torch.

The prop torch needed an "extinguished" "0" spawnarg to keep it from going out at map start.
