Summary0002995: Inconsistent handling when inventory item is used on world entity: script function started each frame when button is held
DescriptionidEntity::UseBy() ignores the button state and also calls the used_action_script on PerformKeyRepeat.
Mapper should be able to define whether the script should be executed on button down / button repeat / button up
