Summary0003113: Add a simple way for single entities to be hidden depending on "Object Details"
DescriptionCurrently, special LOD entities need to be used to enable the LOD system.

However, sometimes you just want to make on entity disappear on lower-spec machines, and a different appear on higher-spec machines.

Added with revision 0005434 (code) and #12828 and #12829 (main). Showcase map to test it is maps/snow.map.

The code has been enhanced to make func_portals open/close their associated portal instead. Also entities which have "lod_hidden_skin" set do not get hidden, but instead switch to this skin.

That should make it easier to create windows that are opaque/transparent depending on the detail settings.
