Description	Make some changes to generated script ref. These are changes to embedded test only, not code changes. -- Add classnames to index for the section that lists script events by class -- Clarify some descriptions -- Add descriptions for script events with no current description -- Specify whether counting starts at 0 or 1 for parameters where it's not obvious.
