Summary | 0003885: Sleep on floor anim problem
Description | The zombie has anims to sleep on the floor: stand_2_sleep sleep_2_stand The skeleton uses the same anims. These anims are used when 'sleep_location' is set to '0' on the AI. The stand_2_sleep anim works fine on the zombie, but not on the skeleton. When the skeleton goes to lie down, his left knee swings waaaaay to the right before straightening out on the floor. I also tried giving these anims to the revenant, who then has the same problem as the skeleton. I didn't test the sleep_2_stand anim to see if it was okay on the skeleton or revenant.

Can I make a request for floor sleep anim's to be created for other Ai, starting with the Haunt.
I've had this problem before. It happens when legs are bent a lot. I can fix this but revenant probably will need separate animations since it holds a sword.
I'm not seeing this problem in DRs Md5anim viewer...did you disable the walkIK when copying the animation over to the revenant? edit: Ok, the stand_2_sleep animation works fine on the citywatch, but I'm seeing some odd rotations of the knee joint in the moor when playing the sleep_2_stand animation. It seems like the stand_2_sleep animation works fine on the citywatch and moor characters, but not on the skeleton, for some reason. The skeleton shows that odd rotation. No idea why he would behave differently, even though he uses the same joints as the other two characters that work fine. The sleep_2_stand animation seems to have the wonky legs on all 3 characters. |

I updated the animations. Sleep_2_idle is a bit shakey. That's exporter's fault and it has to stay like that for now.
