Description | The safe door in this map used to open all the way. In 2.03, it's getting stuck. | ||||
Additional Information | 2.03 includes door collision changes that should only come into play when AI are involved. It's possible that the changes are affecting non-AI, since SteveL found that the door is getting hung up on a golden plate inside the safe. | ||||

The door works correctly in 2.01 and 2.02. It's blocked in 2.03. |

This wasn't being caused by the MSVS 2013 compiler. I tracked it as deep as I could stand into the engine and saw that the door is jammed on its 5th translation. It's picking up the gold plate inside the safe and when that makes contact with the ring sitting on it, everything stops. Goldwell is making updates to this mission anyway, so he's agreed to redesign the safe so that the gold plate isn't sticking into the door. |
