Summary	0004014: Default loading bar and its frame don't line up properly at the 100% mark
Description	Examine the number of pixel columns needed to fill the default loading bar frame with the default loading bar. If the space provided by the frame doesn't match where the loading bar would be at 100%, adjust the math until it does.

grayman 08.01.2015 20:33 viewer ~0007324	On the default loading bar, the bar starts a pixel to the right of where it should, leaving a gap between it and the left of the frame. Probably bump it one pixel to the left and decrease overall width by 1 should fix both problems. Must be checked on all screen resolutions, however, because of the math involved.
