Summary | 0006193: Show number of shadowcasting polys in Model Chooser
Description | TDM is increasingly gaining a newer generation of higher quality assets, in particular with 2.11, that can easily have thousands of polys. I think it'd be quite helpful if the Model Chooser displayed the number of shadow casting polys next to the total count, for example: Total polys (shadowcasting): 3853 (1200) or Total polys: 3853 (shadowcasting: 1200) As the number of shadowcasting tris seems to be the main determinant of performance cost while visual tris seem to be fairly negligible, this should make it easier to differentiate between well-optimised assets with simple shadowmeshes and poorly optimised assets where the total tris count is lower but everything casts shadows.
