| Steps To Reproduce | Repro video: https://youtu.be/FRVc13VNMCQ 1. Turn on Texture Lock. 2. Rotate a brush using the rotation widget. Press and hold Shift to rotate the brush 90 degrees. 3. Notice the texture scale becomes zero and looks stretched-out. | ||||
