Summary0006456: Make rat and spider ragdolls non-shoulderable by default
DescriptionMost likely, the rat and spider ragdolls unintentionally inherited the base ragdoll "shoulderable" spawnarg default value of "1".

This was recently discovered due to the 2.12 frob control changes (0006316).
And, it was decided to make these non-shoulderable by default.
