Summary0000983: New entity class eg, atdm:lock or lockbox
DescriptionNew lockbox entity would be useful with the following properties...

locked
target
delay_before_target
trigger_target
make_target_frobable
used_by
all lockpick spawnargs
snd_lock
snd_locked
snd_unlock

delay_before_target is needed because if a relay with delay were used then make_target_frobable would not work

trigger_target 0 prevents the target being triggered (eg, if just want to enable it to be frobbed)

make_target_frobable is alternative to just a trigger but both could be used together, eg unlock lock, lever operates AND becomes frobable so now lever can be operated normally, eg, to open/close drawbridge.

lockpicking: all door spawnargs & sounds & use atdm:mover_door_handle as lockpin (thing that moves up/down during lockpick)
