| Description | I'm not sure if I'm seeing a bug here, or if there is some reason behind this (though I can't really think of one).
Make a simple cube, select the whole thing, and texture it "axial" on surface properties. Now use any of the shift, stretch, or rotate commands. The texture behaves as you'd expect.
Now select the whole cube again, and texture it with 1.0/1.0 "fit". Now, using any of the commands causes it to scale to some odd fraction (looks almost like it's fitting to 2.0/2.0, but it is not), and, reversing your change (e.g., changing vertical shift of 1, back to vertical shift of 0) does not undo the change. You now have this strangely scaled texture all over your cube.
Luckily, this scaling effect doesn't occur when fitting only one side of the cube. That works as expected, so there is a more-work-involved workaround.
