Summary0001076: Maximum carry-able mass property
DescriptionFrom discussion here:
http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/8174-player-pushing-behaviour/page-2#entry161747

Edited and re-described (was getting too confusing).

Both parts of the original request stand (link above). Reasons:
1. pushables are frobable by default (e.g., the tables in test/push, the moveable bricks I just built a moment ago...)
2. max push mass is currently 200
3. max lift mass is currently higher than that (unconfirmed in code, but seems to be the case from behavior)

The suggested solution:
1. a max liftable mass, to complement the max pushable mass, AND
2. a "liftable" (or "carryable" or whatever) property on entities

The need for 2 in addition to 1, is for example if the author wants very light items (20kg) NOT to be liftable. Current workaround is to set frobable 0, but we cannot know if that will be desirable in every case.

Haven't seen any issue with picking up items of varying wait in a long time.
