Summary	0000114: No default key on Save dialog
Description	The user cannot enter a map name and then hit Enter to save; they must click with the mouse or hit the shortcut. Not a big deal, just one of those things bound to bring curses to a mapper's lips each and every time he/she goes to save. :)
