0000118: Set focus to list items after opening "Create entity..."
Description
Setting focus to the list items upon opening the Create entity dialog would let the user immediately start typing to jump to the desired entity. Currently, focus is on the Cancel button, and the list must first be clicked to start typing.
Edit: seems this only happens on the second try and beyond. First time focus is set.
This will be because the dialog is never destroyed, only hidden. Presumably when it is reshown the button gets focussed by default, an extra call will be needed to focus the list box instead.
