Summary	0001396: Upward buoyancy without crouch pressed
Description	This is minor, but weren't we originally going for neutral buoyancy? When submerged in water, without crouch pressed, I float slowly upward. This is even if I first start out swimming downward. Once I do press crouch, I seem to go neutral.
