This frustrates the use of auto-complete when loading maps. A rare issue to be sure, but it would be nice for usability. The suggestion was made to change mymap.autosave.map to mymap.map.autosave. Fairly standard practice, and if the user knows about the autosave, chances are they know how to rename a file to make it usable. | ||||

Autosave filenames are something like this now: test/inventory_autosave.map test/inventory_autosave.darkradiant I could not go with inventory.map.autosave, because the .darkradiant file would have ended up as test/inventory.map.darkradiant, which is not clearly recognisable as autosave file. |
