Summary0001658: Player knockout sequence as an alternative to death sequence
DescriptionModify the death sequence in the SDK so that it reads some set-able variable to see if it should really kill you when health gets to zero or if it should fade to black, then call some user-definable script instead. This will be useful in our training map to give the player some leeway when they die. It could also be useful for FM sequences when the player is knock-out gassed and wakes up somewhere else, or is captured by design the end of a mission, or something.
