Summary | 0001708: Texture tool: snap brush face vertex to grid
Description | Currently, when you snap a brush face to the grid, it snaps the central control vertex. This is only rarely useful. Most of the time, the user would want the brush face corners to snap to grid. The requested feature doesn't have to assume that the user's brush exactly fits size requirements; instead functionality would be: 1. user selects ONE vertex of the brush face 2. user hits snap to grid At this point, the whole brush face is moved so that only that vertex is necessarily snapped to grid. This would make it *much* easier to precisely align brush faces to patches.
