Summary0001799: AI getting stuck in a loop starting combat state
Description(possibly when they acquire a fleeing enemy?)

You can see this happen repeatably in the map test/aivsai. It seems to happen when some AI start fleeing, but I'm not sure. You can have two enemies 5 ft away from eachother, and they both become "broken," playing the first few frames of the "combat alert" sequence over and over again, but never finishing it and going to combat.
