Summary0001879: Arrows behaviour on chainmail incorrect
DescriptionArrows break off when you shoot an AI where they have chain armour. The sound effect and breaking arrows is exactly the same as what plays when you hit plate mail (or a stone wall). A friend was over last night playing, and firing arrows at a citywatch, and we couldn't tell whether we hit him or the wall behind him, as the sound was the same.

I believe the AI still takes damage (and occasionally plays the pain animation) but this should really be addressed.

armor_chain was not listed as an "active_surface" in broadhead_def. Arrows now sound like they're hitting and don't break when they hit chainmail.
