Summary0001990: No SOUND on TDM after installing a mission - under Linux
DescriptionWhen I install a news mission from the main menu, and the Mod exit and restart automatically, after the quick restart i have no sound at all. Of course if i quit and re-enter in the TDM, the sound works and the mission is well installed, so i can play without any problem, but i think maybe this a little bug to track :-)

This is the Alsastate log on automatic restart TDM after installed a mission (with sound NOT working):

*************************************

The workaround for now it's to exit from TDM and restart it after a mission is installed.

==> Other Linux users are reporting exactly the same issue <==

Someone suggested to increse the amount of delay on the automatic relaunch of TDM, if possibile.
Maybe the sound device it's not well killed on exit, just before the automatic relaunch.

Resolved in TDM 1.01. TDMLauncher will accept an optional delay parameter:

 tdmlauncher.linux --delay=5000

This will make tdmlauncher wait for 5 seconds.

The actual delay is configured by a CVAR in the actual game, which can be set in the console or DoomConfig.cfg: tdm_fm_restart_delay
