Summary0002084: Weapons no longer nonsolid when AI is not alerted
DescriptionThe code is broken that used to turn the AI's melee weapons nonsolid. Now they seem to be always solid. This comes into play when hitting the Builder's hammer with the blackjack when attempting to KO them, or the bow on an archer's back. This was working in the Saint Lucia build but something must have happened to break it.

Fixed, turns out it was just the bow. Added new spawnarg on_attach_alert_become_solid to control behavior.
