Summary0002147: GTKGLext libs should be dynamically linked
DescriptionTo let modules create their own GL widgets it's necessary to locate the GTKGLExt code in a DLL instead of a static library. The g_type_register_static calls can be happening twice in the latter case, causing an gl widget instantiation failure.
