Summary0002254: Patch Filtering problems with weather textures
DescriptionFilter out the weather textures, and they continue to be painted on the screen.

Select one and DR behaves as if the weather patch isn't there, and it selects the first brush/item beyond it.
Steps To ReproduceSee attached map.

The snow patch can be selected when weather textures are NOT filtered out.

The patch continues to be displayed when weather textures are filtered out, but it can't be selected. DR is behaving as if the patch is there and not there.
Additional InformationThis behavior is in 1.3.1, but I don't remember whether 1.3.0 behaved this way.

Prior to 1.3.0, filtering weather textures worked correctly.

Probably related, so I'll add it as a note here.

I'm using the snow flurries texture, and it paints in the DR camera view with the word SNOW on the patch face.

The lettering will be painted in front of some textures and behind others. This has the weird effect of the lettering popping in and out as you move the camera.

Since I added the note about "painted in front of some textures and behind others", and that's still present in 1.3.2, I'll file that as a separate issue.

As far as still seeing the weather textures when they're filtered out, that's fixed and verified, so I'm closing this issue.
