On the decal descriptions it says: Not for mapping use. Use textures/decals/splat*
Steps To ReproducePut darkmod/decaks/blood decals in a map. Open the map in TDM.

They are indeed invisible in the game, as these are decals that must be refreshed by the C++ code every X seconds to stay visible, until they have to vanish (f.i. washed away). So they cannot be changed, just use other decals instead.
