Summary0002467: When a shop exists, some inv_map_start items still appear when the map starts.
DescriptionIn Glenham Tower (in particular, though this could happen in any mission) when the player spawns, there are two lockpicks hovering in the air in front of him.

These aren't supposed to be there, since they've already been inserted into the player's inventory.
Steps To ReproduceStart Glenham Tower and look up.

Inventory.cpp - deletes inv_map_start items that are non-stackable when there's a shop. They were already put in the player's inventory when the shop displayed.
