Summary0002639: Blackjack immunity / difficulty is being triggered at wrong alert stage
DescriptionWhen AI draw their weapons, the ability to blackjack is diminished / eliminated by reducing or removing the blackjack cone.

By design this was only supposed to happen when the AI drew their weapons (agitated search state), however, AI blackjack cones are currently being adjusted / removed at alert 3('search state' prior to drawing weapons), but this needs to be changed to alert 4('agitated search state' weapons drawn). Once this is corrected, AI will give players the proper visual feedback.
