Summary0002717: An AI can think he's reached a goal that's on the floor above him
DescriptionIf an AI walks below a path_corner goal that's on the floor above him, he's told he's reached it. The "am I there" code looks 75 above his head when checking. If the floor above is < 145 above the floor below where the AI's walking, this can happen.

Shortened the search height above an AI when figuring out if a goal point has been reached.

Since the search height for rats and spiders is small, adjusted that up (10->25) to compensate.
