Summary0000273: Cam and Entity/Media/Etc windows have lost their Min/Max buttons
DescriptionI'm not sure if I have the most current version, so don't stone me if this is invalid... it's for the GTK2x versions.

The Cam window and the multi-tabbed Entity/Media/Etc windows seem to have lost their min and max buttons upon going to the new libraries. I for one use this functionality (specifically, a double click of the titlebar to maximize the cam window) on the order of every few minutes, and would hate to see this ability disappear.

Are you using the GTK_210_7_blah release? You can check the build date in the About dialog to make sure. In the very recent snapshots there should the GTK library version be mentioned as well.

The minimise/maximise buttons of the orthoview are still there?

I will look into the camview buttons, shouldn't be much work to change.

CamWindow can be maximised/minimised again. New build is on the way (expect it in 15 minutes).

Can we also have it back for the Entity window as well? This is useful for browsing loaded textures, or expanded views of any of the tabs, really.

Done.

Doh! This seems to have returned. It works fine in the 0.9.1 build I have on my system, but 0.9.2 with current SVN all of the windows no longer have the min/max buttons, nor the functionality (d-click the title bar to maximize camera, for instance).

I didn't do any configuration purging before going to 0.9.2, so let me know if there's something I missed.
