Summary0000282: When another entity is created for an entity+brush then original entity is not deleted but remains as a black cube in game.
DescriptionBy example:
Drag out a brush, add atdm:mover_door, deselect
Drag out a second brush nearby, select both brushes, add atdm:mover_door

In-game this produces one rotating door from the two brushes but the original entity remains as a black cube visible in-game.

This might require some more intelligent handling of which entity classes require child brushes (I have never worked out how this is determined). If an entity needs a child brush, and all child brushes are removed or transferred to different entities, the original entity should be deleted.

The context menu items are disabled now based on the current selection:

Add Light/add speaker: nothing msut be selected
Add Entity: no other entity must be selected
