DescriptionTerminal shows messages when using TDM updater:

This issue relates to the tech support post at http://modetwo.net/darkmod/index.php?/topic/13013-cant-get-the-tdm-update-helpercommand-working-in-mac-osx/

One possible explanation for the error could be if the launcher program or library were compiled using debug build, not release build (see http://forum.soft32.com/mac/Universal-Binary-Run-PPC-Macs-ftopict46361.html).

The binaries are release builds, so that's not the problem. I presume the standard library in 10.5 is just not compatible if the binary has been compiled in 10.7.

Maybe there's a way to use an older gcc toolset to compile these two, but I can't check until I get my more powerful laptop back.
