Human-readable description: loading a "Mission X final save" (X being 1 at the moment) shows the splash/loading screen, then crashes to Doom³ console, showing ERROR: idPVS::MergeCurrentPVS: invalid handle. Pressing escape gets the player back to the menu, with a parchment popup showing the same error message. Loading a final save to check one's stats is, simply put, impossible.
Steps To ReproduceFinish an FM.
Exit to main menu.
Open Load/save menu.
Choose "Mission X final save"
Load said save.
Additional InformationHappened on Thief's Den and The Outpost. Presumably impacts all missions.

Note: I didn't purge the Doomconfig.cfg after downgrading to vanilla 1.06. Inspection of said config file after the crash didn't show anything special though, tdm_lang "french" wasn't present anymore.
i18n references show the bug is also reproducible in the localized experimental version. Attached Darkmod.log is from 1.06. Apart from those, no noticeable difference in behaviour are to be seen.
