To clarify the discussion that went quite off track: the request is for a property that can be set to control how active/paranoid/stolid an AI is. You could thus make AI that never care to look around, and ones that are so nervous they risk whiplash.

You can now control via spawnargs:

The time between head turn checks
The chance to perform the head turn (at each head turn check)
A multiplier for the chance when the AI is searching or has seen evidence of intruders
Pitch and yaw angles, min and max duration
