Summary	0003141: Remove proxy CVARs
Description	These CVARs are only there because the default value for some CVARs was in the closed source. Now we can just modify the default values directly and get rid of the extra CVARs: New values in (), old values in []: tdm_s_doorDistanceAdd (450) [150] tdm_s_maxSoundsPerShader (0) [1 if the memory was below 512 MByte] tdm_gui_smallFontLimit (0.15) [0.30] tdm_gui_mediumFontLimit (0.30) [0.60]

tels 26.05.2012 14:10 reporter ~0004628	Done with revision 5460. The conversion to DarkMod.cfg needs to make sure that the new default values are set in any old config we might use (they should, but its better to double check).
