Summary	0003257: Remove D3 setup scripts
Description	Our source tree contains f.i. these: sys/scons/scons_utils.py sys/scons/Setup.py sys/scons/Setup.pyc These files refer to various no longer existing D3 paths and files and are outdated and unused.

tels 07.11.2012 07:20 reporter ~0004934	The following can also go: sys/linux/setup (it contains lots and lots of legacy code to build D3 images and installers for Linux, which we all never use) sys/linux/pk4 Utilities to manipulate PK4 files. Not used by us. sys/linux contains a bunch of files which we probably can get rid of, too, but these would need individual judgement.

tels 07.11.2012 07:21 reporter ~0004935	sys/msvc/properties might also be unused (unsure), it contains f.i. files that still refer to "Doom III executable" and so on.
