Summary0003356: AI respond too quickly to audible alerts
DescriptionIn a room full of AI, if I do something to cause an audible alert, every AI begins their response in the same frame as the alert.

There should be a small random delay between cause and effect, to simulate how a RL human would react to an audible cue.

Just prior to raising an AI’s alert level, pause for 0.5->1.5 seconds if it’s an audible alert.
