DescriptionIf I take a moveable and throw it at a sleeping zombie in TDM v1.08, the zombie will say "hmm?" with the proguard vocal set and stand up.

I've solved this by using the mute vocal set as the inherited base for vocals. If an AI is missing a vocal definition, they just won't say anything.
