| Summary | 0000348: MDI disruption of UI - minimized main window during model browser load | ||||
| Description | I guess this is a problem resulting from the weird MDI issues built into GTKRadiant, so I'm not sure what can be done without a huge overhaul. The user could certainly simply not do this (if this issue is known in advance). Start up DR fresh, then RMB to create a model. While the model dialog is up, minimize DR, and wait. When the loading process finishes, the dialog vanishes. Re-maximize DR. There is no model browser (that I can find, anyway - I searched under each child window, and behind all apps). Try to use any of the other views (ortho, cam, or inspector) - while they can gain focus, they're unusable. Similarly, the menu cannot be accessed. The hidden(?) model dialog cannot be closed; I tried escape, enter, ctrl-c, etc etc. At this point, I've found no option but to kill the process; I can't close DR normally. | ||||
