Summary	0003668: TDM Update crashes in read-only directory
Description	When run from a read-only directory, tdm_update.exe crashes with an unhelpful Windows error. Some error-checking / exception handling should be implemented to display a helpful error message to the instructing them to fix the read-only permissions.
Steps To Reproduce	Download the TDM updater and place a test directory. Mark the directory read-only and then try to run the updater.
