Summary0003709: Revise TDM release scripts/process for new server
DescriptionTDM release scripts need to be updated to work on the new server. Will also take this opportunity to improve the scripts/process where possible.

tdm_package scons scripts updated to support FreeBSD 10 in darkmod_src rev. 5963. Executable for FreeBSD 10 added to darkmod rev. 13805.

Also updated create_release.sh, tdm_check_release_package_job.py cron script, and release.php on server. No improvements just yet.

Updated release scripts to provide an option for switching between "testing" and "release" builds.

Testing releases appear to be working correctly. Will close this issue once the 2.02 release is out the door successfully.
